GLENSIDE, Pa. - Da'Kquan Davis posted his second double-double of the season with a game-high 24 points and 11 rebounds while
Jacob Walsh logged a season-high 22 points on a perfect 7-of-7 shooting night - including 5-of-5 from beyond the arc - to lead the Arcadia University men's basketball team to a MAC Commonwealth victory over visiting Lebanon Valley Tuesday night, 88-69. Walsh fell just two points shy of his career-high 24 points, part of a 54.9 percent (28-51) shooting night for the Knights, as they improved to a perfect 4-0 inside Alumni Gymnasium on the season.
HOW IT HAPPENED
-Despite taking an early advantage to open the contest, the Knights fell victim to a 7-0 Lebanon Valley run in the first five minutes, but responded with an 8-0 run of their own powered by Davis and Walsh threes on consecutive possessions to take a four-point lead. Johaan Vinson and
Kishan Patel followed with jumpers from beyond the arc as Arcadia assumed a 21-13 lead at the halfway point of the first half.
-The Dutchmen were able to get within five at the time 8:14 mark of the half, but Arcadia was resilient yet again with a 9-0 run highlighted by
Justin Money and Davis threes - part of a 5-for-6 stretch for the Knights from three - as the hosts went on to take a 22-point lead into the break, 50-28.
-The Knights led by as much as 27 in the second half, thwarting any Dutchmen comeback attempt by holding them to just 1-of-10 shooting from three. Arcadia finished the night with ten different scorers in the MAC Commonwealth victory, as David and Walsh accounted for 46 of the Knights' 88 points,

-Arcadia limited Lebanon Valley to 38.2 percent (26-68) shooting from the field and just 18.8 percent (3-16) from three.
-Davis' double-double is his second of the season, with the other coming at Immaculata (11/16) where he also narrowly missed a triple-double.
-Walsh's 22 points marked a season-high and fell two shy of tying his career-high of 24.
