GLENSIDE, Pa. – Da'Kquan Davis scored a career-high 37 points in Arcadia University men's basketball's first home loss of the season versus DeSales University, 84-76. Davis' point total marks a single-game record for the Knights dating back to the 2010-11 season. The reigning MAC Commonwealth Player of the Year currently leads the conference in scoring with 24.3 points per game.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Bulldogs, who shot 7-for-13 (53.8%) from deep in the opening half, started the game with two three-pointers to jump out to an early 6-2 lead. The Knights battled back with a 5-0 run to take their first lead of the contest, 7-6, at the 16:15 mark.
- DeSales jumped out to their largest lead of the opening half at eight points. Arcadia clawed back into the game and knotted the contest at 27-27 with a layup from
Steve Pendleton at the 6:23 mark. Moments later, Davis regained the lead for the Knights with a layup, 29-27.
- After a couple lead changes. the Knights ended the opening half with a two point advantage, 37-35. Davis tallied the last four points before intermission and headed to the locker room with 20 points.

Jacob Walsh, who scored the first five points of the second half, expanded the Knights lead to a game-high five points with a three-pointer at the 18:31 mark. Following the junior's bucket, DeSales answered with a 9-0 run to regain the lead, 46-42. The Bulldogs rally was capped off by a Mike Bealer three-pointer with 16:32 remaining in regulation. DeSales eventually expanded its lead to double-digits with a Dat Lambert three-pointer at the 10:53 mark.
- The Knights tried to battle back with a late 7-0 run with 1:26 remaining in regulation, but it wasn't enough. Arcadia was outscored 49-39 in the final half.

- The Bulldogs dominated the glass, out-rebounding the Knights 49-28 with a 16-5 margin on the offensive glass.
- Arcadia had a higher shooting percentage than the Bulldogs, but were outscored from beyond the arc.
