SCRANTON, Pa. - The Arcadia University men's basketball team fell to Scranton University, 84-71, on Tuesday night.

Samuel Majekodunmi led the Knights with 24 points while shooting 9-of-17 from the field. Jalen Watkins and Justin Money also recorded double figures with 17 and 11 points, respectively. 

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Shayne Rechner put the Knights ahead with a three-pointer midway through the opening half. Money then added a layup on the following possession to pull ahead by three points, 12-9, with 12:39 remaining. 

- The Royals ended the opening half on a 13-7 run to take a four point lead into halftime, 33-29. Majekodunmi helped limit the damage with a last second three-pointer to pull his squad within a pair of baskets. 

- Scranton pulled ahead early in the second half with a 12-5 run to expand its lead to 11 points with 15:31 remaining. Later in the half, the Knights trimmed its deficit to four points with six unanswered points, 51-47.

- The Knights pulled within one point after a 6-0 run with 7:20 left in regulation. However, Scranton built its lead back to 11 points with three-straight three-pointers, 66-55, at the 4:19 mark.
