WEST SENECA, N.Y. – The Arcadia University women's ice hockey took the opening game of its weekend series with Hilbert, 4-0, on Saturday evening.
The Knights earned their first victory of the season improving its record to 1-5-2.
Leah Hatcher scored the first two goals of her career in the victory.
Ariel Williamson and
Morganne Dee joined her on the score sheet.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Hatcher scored her first goal of the game just 25 seconds into the contest. Williamson had the assist on the goal.
- Williamson added a power play goal later on in the first period to extend the Arcadia lead to 2-0. Karahkwenhawe White and Abbi Komrofske had the helpers on the goal.
- Dee gave the Knights a 3-0 lead in the third period. Komrofske picked up her second assist of the game on the goal.
- Hatcher found the back of the net for the second time with less than five minutes remaining in the final period to give Arcadia a 4-0 lead. Campbell Torrey and Dee had the assists on the goal.
