Box Score AGUADILLA, Puerto Rico – The Arcadia University baseball team dropped a 6-4 decision to Susquehanna University Sunday on the final day of competition of its spring break trip to Puerto Rico at Estadio Municipal Luis A. "Canena" Marquez. The Crusaders improved to 5-6 for the season with the win, while the Knights dropped to 7-5 overall. Arcadia went 5-3 during its trip.
HOW IT HAPPENED: Susquehanna played a pair of runs in the first, fifth and seventh innings today, taking the lead for good in the fifth as Josh Cimino doubled to center to plate Dylan Jenkins before coming around to score on a suicide squeeze. Danny Gordon scored what proved to be the game-winning run in the seventh when Taylor Luckenbill beat out the throw to first on another squeeze play. Senior
Nick Todero tied the game at 2-2 with a two-run homer to right in the top of the third, and freshman
Anthony Zupito's bases loaded single to left scored sophomore
Drew Coisson to make it a 4-3 in favor of the Crusaders through five and a half innings. The Knights tried to rally in the top of the ninth, which saw Zupito score on Todero's single to left center field and the game-tying run on base, but Liam Conboy got freshman
Luke Hohenstein to fly out to left to end the game.
ON THE HILL: Matt Cassinelli picked up his first decision of the season after allowing three runs (two earned) on eight hits with four strikeouts over his 5.2 innings of work. Nathan Massen followed with 2.1 hitless innings of relief before Conboy worked his way out of trouble in the ninth to pick up his first save of the season. Sophomore
Mike Boulanger fell to 1-2 after allowing four runs on 11 hits in 4.1 innings of work; Sophomore

ARCADIA AT-BAT: Todero finished the day 2 for 4 with one home run – the first of his career at Arcadia, three RBI and a run scored, while Zupito finished the day 3 for 5 with two doubles, an RBI and a run scored from the leadoff spot in the order. Coisson was 2 for 4 with a run scored.
SUSQUEHANNA AT-BAT: Luckenbill was 3 for 3 with an RBI on the day, while Zach Leone was 4 for 5 with an RBI and a run scored. Cimino went 1 for 2 with a double, and RBI and a run scored, while Justin Cassinelli went 2 for 5 with two runs scored from the leadoff spot.
