Compton sits as one of the greatest Arcadia softball players in program history, ranking in the top 10 in nearly every batting category and top four in ever pitching category:

As a four-year member of the team, Compton compiled a .388 batting average with 158 runs off of 203 hits, including 42 doubles, eight triples, 36 home runs, 173 RBIs, and 13 stolen bases. From inside the circle, she held a career record of 56-13 in 69 games, including setting the single season record for wins twice with 17 in 2005 and 2007. Compton also set the single season mark for complete games in 2007 with 21.
 
In Compton's senior year, the team climbed to seventh in the NCAA Regional Rankings. She helped lead the team to the PAC Championship Tournament all four years of her career, making the finals in 2005.
 
No stranger to accolades, Compton earned NFCA All-Region honors and First Team All-Conference recognition all four years. In 2007, she was named PAC Player of the Year, PAC Scholar Athlete of the Year, PAC All-Academic Team, and Arcadia Female Senior Athlete of the Year, as well as being named to the Philadelphia Inquirer Academic All-Area Team. This past summer, Compton was recognized as a member of the CSAC 25th Anniversary team, which recognized the top athletes in each sport who have played in the PAC and CSAC.
 
Compton graduated from Arcadia in 2007 with a bachelor's degree in Accounting and was the recipient of the Ira R. Kraybill Award for Full-Time Study. She resides with her boyfriend, John King, his son, Cole Ross, and their new baby girl, Madelyn, who was born in July 2018. Compton is a Certified Public Accountant and works for Music Choice.
