Traci R. Conrad was the first player in the NCAA Division III era of the women’s lacrosse program to be named First-Team All-Conference selection, having received the Pennsylvania Athletic Conference honor each year from 1994 to 1997, which were also Beaver College’s first four years as a NCAA member institution.

Conrad finished her career holding the program’s single-season and career records for goals and total points, some of which still stand today. She scored 79 goals in 1995 while averaging a 6.85 points and 6.08 goals per game, each of which remains the program’s single-season record. Her then program-record 89 total points in 1995 stood until 2013, and now ranks third all-time. Conrad appears on the all-time single-season top-10 list multiple times in goals (two times), goals per game (four times), and points per game (three times).

Conrad recorded program-record totals of 228 goals and 254 total points upon graduation, and both of those marks held until 2015. She is still the program’s career record holder in points per game (5.40) and goals per game (4.85).

Conrad earned her bachelor’s degree in interior design in 1998.
